How does per-request pricing work?

You pay a flat fee for each record request processed through ChartIQ.health. There are no monthly subscriptions, per-user licenses, or hidden fees. You only pay for what you use. As your volume increases, your per-request cost decreases automatically based on your tier.

What counts as a "request"?

A single request covers one NPI/Patient record lookup, including chart note retrieval, LCD compliance verification, and claim packet assembly. Each unique NPI-patient combination counts as one request. Re-running the same record within 30 days to check for updated documentation does not count as a new request.

Can I switch tiers?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or change tiers at any time. When you hit the volume threshold for the Professional tier (500+ requests/month), you automatically qualify for the reduced per-request rate. There are no contracts or lock-in periods for Starter or Professional tiers. Enterprise agreements are customized to your needs.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a guided demo with your actual data so you can see the platform in action before committing. Contact our sales team to schedule a personalized walkthrough. We want you to experience real results with real patient records before you make a decision.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. Enterprise customers can also be set up with net-30 invoicing. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processor.

Do all tiers include the same core features?

Yes. Every tier includes full access to our core compliance engine: Patient Chart Note Search, LCD Compliance Alignment, Claim Packet Builder, Agentic Outreach, and Care Gap Analysis. All tiers are also HIPAA compliant with SOC 2 certification and 256-bit encryption. Higher tiers add enhanced support, API access, and enterprise integrations.
